What's a podcATCHER?

A podcatcher is a program that can automatically update your podcasts.

There are a lot around and they are mostly easy to use.

iTunes is the well known music and video store developed by Mac for their iPod player, and it is also a podcatcher.

Juice is a well know open source podcatcher. That is, it's free to download and free to use. It works pretty well too - we use Juice exclusively.
